Looks Good… But Will It Last?It’s a great tool and works for sizes including inshore fishes (I have the largest size) but you’ll likely be better off with a gaff or flying gaff if you’re targeting offshore big game. With that said, I like the polished, smooth carbon fiber finish and the over wrapped grip, which also protects the handle when it is stored in rod holders/rocket launchers.In any event, I was very disappointed to discovered that after paying so much money for it…it’s “Made In China”. I hope the quality is as good as it looks and will last me for many many years of fishing…since Bubba does NOT have a Lifetime warranty (which tells me they’re not too keen about putting the stake in the game and stand behind their products’ quality performance).

Poor constructionGreat net however it is listed as corrosion resistant and yet after only a few times being used the construction began to deteriorate quickly. Not happy that this occurred so fast but we’ll see how long it lasts from here.

Less tanglesKnotless rubber coated net doesn’t snag on everything in the boat. Hooks don’t snag into netting. Slightly hefty for carbon fiber but seems burly to last a long time.
