Seems to have plenty of power. Appreciate the extra battery.Knife, blades, batteries and charger are great. My gripe is with the hard case. Once you cut the tie wraps to remove the blade sets from the case, the serrated knife sets do not anchor very well back into the area which is meant to keep them secure. It just seems like this could have been a better design.

Great Knife!Well made knife! Great gift for a person that likes to cook and cut meat. Not just for fish we used it for turkey and brisket on Xmas day and it was a hit. Cleans up easy and the storage case is reusable. Comes with two batteries and 4 knife. Heavy duty nice gripping material and packaged well.

Sometimes all you can say is wow…This product is amazing. While I cannot account to its longevity, I can attest to the build quality and functionality. It came quickly and well packaged. While a bit expensive, the blades cut through our turkey and ham without any hesitation. I have arthritis, and I was able to easily glide this cordless knife with ease. Before purchasing, I used my old model with a cord to cut through some London broil, and that was the last time I would ever use that knife and has been given away. This knife comes with an amazing case. I have no doubt this will be used for making thin fillets in the near future.

It worksVery nice battery powered slicer. Got mine for cutting meat like turkey and beef. Tried it out on refrigerated ribs and cut pretty good with not too much effort. Slices through hot foods. My only gripes are small, a little weighty for the size but ergonomics make it ok to handle and I wish it had a little more speed. I’m still happy with it otherwise.

Great fillet knife… for those who never liked the idea of cleaning fishLuckily for me, I had family members who could clean fish. This was a trait I never bothered picking up til late in life. I’ve caught thousands of Crappies over the years. I released most of what I caught and gave others to friends who went with me. The idea of cleaning them seemed to much trouble. It wasn’t until friends started begging me to have a fish fry, the thought of filleting them entered my mind. Since I had one expensive unused fillet knife, I figured I would trying filleting a few Crappie this way. Even though the knives were sharp (I bought a second knife), for me there had to be a better way. I started thinking electric fillet knife, but when I found out they made a cordless one…this was even better. I bought the Bubba Cordless Pro version on sale with the 4 blades. Honestly I fought I will use the other 3, since I bought it for Crappie. I guess I can use it also for turkey or ham around Christmas. Anyway the learning process wasn’t bad after watching numerous Youtube videos. I jumped in and tackled 40 fish over 2 days. The process was slow starting out for me, but as I got comfortable I moved faster. Even after all that, I wasn’t completely happy, so I kept reading suggestions in reviews. Several reviewers suggested using Mr. Twister blades, which I found for around little over $9 at Academy. These blades are stainless steel and far nicer than the Bubba Blades. I suggest cutting with the Bubba Blade first, so you can really appreciate the smoothness of the Mr. Twister when you use it. The Mr. Twister certainly let’s you get the most out of your fillets and it’s also easy to make that V cut around the rib cage. After cleaning over a 100 Crappie to date, I can say the Cordless Bubba with Mr. Twister blades can even make me look like a pro at filleting. *The diagonal cut they suggest when cleaning Crappies is by far the best way to clean Crappie in my opinion(the fish innards pretty much stay intact, you can discard it all with the carcass in one toss.

Amazing knifeThis thing is a beast … got through at least 40 big walleyes before it started to be almost empty… but got a second battery !! Was able to do a week long fishing trip without recharging. Cuts through like butter, not too heavy and very nice looking. Definitly a head turner in the fish camp as well. 10/10 would recommend

It’s an awesome toolI was able to clean fish, trying out the different blades, seeing how each was for different tasks and was very impressed. I didn’t run the battery for any extended period, so I’m unable to comment on the charge. I’m impressed with the sturdy case.
