Used or returned productReceived my Gopro 10 camera that came in a Eco friendly packaging, this I was aware of. However, the unboxing reveled that the camera had no plastic film on any of the screens, not all of the accessories came with it, no storage bag and even some of the stickers were gone. With all that being said, I’m not returning it due to the hassle I believe Id go through and besides everything else, the camera is in new condition and works great, shipping was fast and Amazon required me to give a code to the driver at time of delivery. This was great so you get it handed to you, not thrown/dropped at the door damaged and no worries about the dreaded porch pirates. Also, it came with 2 batteries, so that’s a plus. Overall, not a bad experience.

Battery dies too quickI did not get a manual or user guide in the box and it clearly stated in the description that it was brand new in original box. Before opening it the pieces were rattling around loosely and this was very obviously used equipment. I paid over $400 and expected a go pro that was brand new and it said it came with a travel bad, but did not.I purchased it for a special trip to Hawaii because of the under water feature so I googled the user guide because there was no time to order another before my trip.It is very confusing to learn how to use it so I was winging it with every button push. I found someone that knew how to use it properly and it worked well, clear videos etc but the battery does not last long at all.I read reviews before purchasing the go pro 10 so I was aware of this and bought the package that comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. I am very disappointed in the entire purchase and am going to sell it. I will just have to cut my losses on this one

Will not charge while recording.Update: Turn out I just need to remove the battery to run continuously. Ideally tech support would have told me this. Although this camera boasts a “time-lapse” it will not charge while recording, so you ar limited to the life of the battery.Also cannot be used continuously on a vehicle even when it supplies sufficient charging power.This “feature” (yes that is what they called it) was confirmed by GoPro’s phone support.Huge disappointment and waste of money.
