IncompleteHave had power poles before and they are great. I installed this one today in <one hour and I expect it will be great as well. The problem is that this was sold as a new item but it did not appear to be in that there were NO instructions whatsoever for a power pole. It did have install material for a mini pole. Also, the console remote was partially open. I suspect this was a refurbished unit.
