Description
This gas grill for pontoon boats is solid stainless steel and comes with a mount that fits most pontoon boat. The bracket fits 1 1/4″ square railings. There are two removable pins to take the grill on and off. This pontoon grill comes with the removable bracket, thermostat, electric start, gas connection, and two mounting pins. To ignite the bbq boat grill you simply push a button to turn on the flames. Uses a standard mini propane tank to produce the gas needed for the fire (not included). The mini propane gas boat grill tanks can be purchased at most sporting good stores and hardware stores. This grill is a must have pontoon boat accessory, it makes a great gift for pontoon boat owners and fun gifts. Anyone into Fishing and Boating should own these grills for his or her boats and table top cookouts.

Brackets are not level for boatI like the grill. However the brackets are not made where your grill will be level on your boat your food will roll to the back or to the front.

Very nice grill!Very nice grill and seems to be well made. The mount works very nice and I will buy some pins so I can easily remove from boat. The temp guage was broken upon delivery, it looked like it had caught something packed inside the grill when the lid was shut which I understand can happen. I contacted the seller and a replacement guage was sent out same day and I received it very quickly. The customer service was absolutely awesome and will definitely buy from this seller again.

Runs EXTREMLY HOT for my Bennington.Have not been able to use it yet on the pontoon, though we have tried 3 times. The mounting arm I received is much higher than I see in the pictures so to be level it is mounted with a couple of the mounting groves in the air. Needs re-bent further, but I do not want to hurt the aluminum or the weld spots by bending. The reason I did not use it in this position is it has the food rolling off the grill onto my pontoon floor. if I get this fixed I may be golden as this thing gets hot fast. Not sure if it should do it this high, it runs about 400F with the lid closed while cooking on LOW, and around 600 to 800 with greasy food hitting the flame plate below, did this a few times on my porch. Wont do greasy foods any where on my boat with this.

Extra mounts on Smokey Hollow “AWESOME GRILL”I felt the need to add some extra support and bought these aluminum arms and mounted them to a oak board from Lowe’s and no doubt extremely solid; will not shake on rough water. The grill is awesome and is a fast cooker but the flames don’t get to the food. Really glad we bought this; great addition to our pontoon and would buy again.

Definitely recommend this productBought the smokey hollow grill a few months back and love it. It heats up quickly and works great in windy conditions. Some propane grills just can’t stay lit when its breezy out but not the smokey hollow, it grills amazing and really enjoy the easy to use mount for my pontoon boat. Thanks smokey hollow!

Waited a year to write this review.I waited a year to write this review because I had to see if it actually holds up. First off this thing is wobbly like a MOFO. I was a machinist for 10yrs and the design is just faulty. First off it’s just a standard smoke hollow grill with a bracket they purchased and then welded some aluminum parts on to hold onto a pontoon rail so basically NOTHING FANCY. THE 4 screws that hold the grill to the bracket don’t even have washers or lock nuts so after a year they sunk into the grill or where loose. It isn’t sturdy AT ALL and I had to do some modifications including large washers and lock nuts to stop it from getting loose all the time. If you are handy like me then you can get it to work. But for a grill that cost like $130 or less if you can get a military disount like me lol it’s way over priced. You basically pay more than double because it has a crap bracket that me and my 8yr old could have put together ourselves.
